Unfortunately, as expected, the CDC’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) voted in the affirmative, but there’s a condition.
The CDC makes note that it approves adding the experimental mRNA vaccines to the 2023 US Childhood Immunization Schedule1, but the ultimate decision is up to each state.
Was that really their intent all along or did the sudden blast of public comments and awareness in the course of a couple of days force the CDC to change course?
"Before we brought this to the workgroup, we had a conversation about this with our Office of General Council and we're told that it was ok to add it to the schedule"
There are many studies available regarding the efficacy & safety of vaccines. With a 99.995% survival rate2 for children, Covid has been proven to not be a threat to children. Multiple countries have even banned3, or ‘paused’ as some would argue, Covid vaccines for children due to the associated risks such as myocarditis4, which may not be as rare as the CDC and other entities may lead you to believe. Nor is the lasting effect of increased risk for cardiovascular issues 'mild'.
Prominant doctors have been shouting from the roof top, but if their voices are censored - do you hear them? The answer is yes, but only if you are willing to listen.
Governor Carney on October 13th has extended the state of emergency5 once again!
Governor Carney still feels we’re in grave danger which require the extension of emergency measures due to The Covid. With that said, do you feel he believes covid shots may then be neccessary and therefore mandatory? This should be a choice left up to the parents.
I’d go as far as saying giving a young child the Emergency Use Auotherized (EUA) experimental vaccine is, dare I say, selfish and irresponsible.
Some governors are solid on their stance. 💪

CDC Advisers Recommend Adding COVID Vaccines to Childhood Schedule | ChildrensHealthDefense.org
Below is a resource put forth by the United States Government to track possible vaccine injury, called VAERS. This information is gathered to be used in determining the safety of vaccines in the United States. Most countries run similar tracking programs. In fact, that data was what countries relied upon when they have made the decision to stop administering Covid vaccines to children7. It can be hard to determine what is the truth and what is just the current narrative.
Never blindly accept information as truth, which includes content I’ve written here, what you may hear on television, or have read in a newspaper/internet. This is the reason I include links to sources and provide resources - so you as the reader can make that informed, educated decision.
Here is a direct quote from a politifact “fact check”
Since VAERS doesn’t show whether an adverse event was caused by the vaccine or occurred coincidentally, it’s generally not useful on its own for assessing whether a vaccine poses a risk to human health
The entire purpose of VAERS is to determine if an adverse event is coincidence or a result of a vaccine! If there is a stand-alone adverse event following a vaccine, there is high probability it could be chalked up to being a coincidence, but if “the risk of myocarditis following mRNA COVID vaccination is around 133 times greater than the background risk in the population”8, or if a Swiss study showed The Covid shots increase risk of myocarditis by 800 TIMES in young adults, there would be reason for further scrutiny.
Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS)
VAERS is the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System put in place in 1990. It is a voluntary reporting system that has been estimated to account for only 1% (read more about underreporting in VAERS) of vaccine injuries. OpenVAERS is built from the HHS data available for download at vaers.hhs.gov.
The OpenVAERS Project allows browsing and searching of the reports without the need to compose an advanced search (more advanced searches can be done at medalerts.org or vaers.hhs.gov).
The CDC has now rolled out V-Safe10 - a smartphone vaccine tracking database
Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) sued the CDC twice leading to a court order requiring release of the data. ICAN has taken the CDC’s official raw data and created a dashboard interface which allows users to graphically view the 144+ million health entries obtained by ICAN.
That database can be viewed here11.
Info on Immunizations
In Delaware, only some immunizations are required for school. Per the state's website,12 these are the required ones:
Delaware required immunizations:
5 or more doses of DTaP or DTP Td vaccine (unless 4th dose was given after the 4th birthday)
4 doses of IPV or OPV (unless 3rd dose was given after the 4th birthday)
3 doses of Hepatitis B vaccine
2 doses of Measles, Mumps and Rubella vaccine
2 doses of Varicella or a written disease history by a licensed healthcare provider
In August 2016, entering 9th Graders must additionally have 1 dose Tdap (adult booster) and 1 dose meningococcal
In 8/2017 - Grades 9-10
In 8/2018 - Grades 9-11
In 8/2019 - Grades 9-12
Noticeably absent from the list are the following childhood vaccines: Gardasil (HPV), Flu, Prevnar (pneumococcal).
If my research is correct, this actually gives me some hope, as no other respiratory infection vaccine is presently mandated. The fact that flu and Prevnar are NOT on the list makes me think that even in DE, Covid might not make it onto the list. We will of course, have to wait and see.
