[UPDATE] Abuse Thrives on Secrecy. Adults Shall Never Keep a Secret from a Child's Parents!!
NJ admits to misleading schools on a controversial gender policy
This is a follow-up to a previous post where Governor Phil Murphy's administration sued New Jersey school districts for daring to tell parents if their child wants to tranform ‘gender’, primarily in elementary aged (preK - 5) children.
Phil Murphy is the same governor that said he “wasn't thinking of the Bill of Rights” when he imposed draconian lockdowns in his state.1

Disclosure made by the deputy attorney general revealed that NJ school districts had been wrongly told four years ago that the ban on telling parents about transitioning children was “mandatory” when it really was only “guidance.”
The school districts had been told that the state’s policy 5756, which says there is “no affirmative duty for any school district personnel to notify a student’s parent or guardian of the student’s gender identity or expression,” was “mandatory.”
The level of depravity is chilling!
In spring of this year Marlboro, Manalapan, Middletown, & Hanover all voted to amend policy 5756 with verbiage such as:
“because Marlboro Public School District is a PreK-8 District with no high schools, the board believes that greater parental involvement is required because of the age and maturity level of it’s student-body”
This spring, all four districts voted to amend the policy so that parents would be told if their child starts to “socially” transition, by using different pronouns or first name, changing the gender of bathroom they use or changing the sports team they play on.
They were immediately met with pushback from the state, citing such phrases as “outing LGBTQAI² children" and “a violation of their civil rights".
Although the state won the injunction which prevented the schools from enforcing their amended policy “outing" those young, impressionable children to their parents, during the hearing for Hanover Township Deputy AG James Michael told the Judge that policy 5756 was not, in fact, mandatory.
What a ‘lying dog-faced pony soldier'!
With this new obvious clerical error out of the way, a new legal path for the districts presented itself. Simply vote to repeal 5756, rather than amend it!
Hanover Township, which includes the towns of Cedar Knolls and Whippany, voted unanimously Monday night to simply do away with a state policy that prevents schools from telling parents about their child transitioning.
As many as 20 districts are expected to follow suit.
As for the reason Middletown school district started scrutinizing policy 5756?
Middletown schools started looking at changing their policy about a year ago, when the board was told that the schools were using the new names of children who had changed gender identity, but altering standardized tests when they were sent home to use their birth names.
And if kids were seeking mental health services because they were transgender, the school told parents the children had depression or anxiety.
The board was told, “We have to do that. We’re not allowed to let parents know,”
These children are being exposed & indoctrinated with sexually laced ‘gender theory', while many parents are none the wiser. At the same time, teachers & administrators are being told that they mustn't tell the parents of a child if their child wants to or believes they are not really the sex they are born.
Below is a screen shot from the transcript about Policy 5756 from James Michael, Chief, Deputy Attorney General:
As shown in this email reply to a Hanover mother, superintendent Dr. Huss has no clue that transgender policy 5756 is NOT mandatory.

For those who may criticize my parental rights, anti-mutilation / cross sex hormone / puberty blockers & indecent exposure to sexual content views, is this teacher the appropriate choice for your child to achieve academic success?
I appreciate Amala's commentary on this video.
